Riding . MillCreek - U of A

the beavers have struck again !!!!
For the first 20 minutes tonight I rode like a champ , the hour after that I rode like a chump . It happens I guess , the legs didn`t want any part of bike riding once they warmed up . Sadly , it was one of those rides .....
