Sneaking Out Before a Busy Christmas

An early Christmas eve run that had to be done. There was no other way around this one this morning, I felt every fibre of my being want to go the the valley and it happened this morning. On a day that will be filled up with family events I'm sure full of yuletide offerings (I really don't know what "yuletide" means but I'm gonna run with it, ok kids?"

The ride, truth be told was not anything close to being festive or incredible like I had one Christmas Eve. My body seems to be revolting to this ride a few days and take a week and a half off bullshit. Maybe it was the shock of trying to be active so early, or maybe it's the last of the two thirteen evil spirits making their presence felt. I would peg it at lack of activity. The sights, smells, and lack of activity was all the happenings in the valley this morning which was pretty great. I hope to try and be back on Boxing day, unless I stand in line at Best Buy waiting for that big screen television. Wait a second, there's no chance of that happening. See you Thursday river valley...
