The Jelly Leg High Heat Low KM's World Championships

With the high heat an attempt was made all in the name of singletrack. Yes, right smack in the middle of the afternoon cause my genius knows no other way to enjoy the scorching and humid weather.

Capilano park, wait! No. it was that park across the way... The land of the cross country skier (winter months only) and I refuse to look it up.  Dawson park... right? Aw damn it. what the hell is wrong with me?

*takes another drag from crack pipe, puts away.

Well it appears I was wrong. It took a guilt ridden search on Google. The name of the park is Goldbar. Hence Golddigger which I was going to mention.

Well I'm glad we got that out of the way. I really am amazed I still have quite a few readers.

The ride was short, Backdoor through Hustler (tee he he!) up the big hill and around the loop. I stopped to check my vitals in between Golddiggers entrance and the end of Hustler and decided I would call the ride after Golddigger. Yes I knew it would only give me a measly seven or eight kilometres but I didn't care. I got to ride singletrack again today. A rare occurrence in these times of heavy rain.

Another short one tomorrow?  Or do the beer review? Such hard decisions...

What's that? A bike ride and beer review combo? It's been done See, right here.

The Rocky Mountain Snow Shoe Club

With another failed ride attempt yesterday on the Winter Warrior with a chain snapping near the beginning of a ride and nothing to repair it...
