Well that was a pain in the neck .....

 I mean that literally . To keep up with the theme of a shitty year of bike riding, this weekend was another throw away ! I had two rides planned and the first one was cancelled due to a late start and a family birthday party (I should have just gone anyways, that would have been sooooo badass !). Today I woke up with a kinked neck forcing me to not be able to turn my head (you know much like Frankenstein). I was going to go anyways but knew riding a bike without studded tires on snow and ice with a screwed up neck would just be a bad idea .

An upside to the weekend was the purchase of new winter riding shoes . I had to retire my old MEC winter booties as they were toast . The Exustar shoes bought at MEC (a very busy MEC I might add) were priced real good compared to other winter riding shoes I looked at . Hopefully they work good . Will I do a review on them on here in a few months ? No , this isn`t a review site ........Well besides beer , and coffee ....And oh yes , trails . Which I actually worked on today but I didn`t like the way it looked so I put it on hold and came on here . I hope to nail one down soon .....Hopefully !
