Well what could I say? It's been a while. A return to riding was in order and I snuck one in this morning. What better place to go than Fort Saskatchewan after a long drought, my body acted like it hasn't been on a bike in months, not weeks and I suffered hard. If I climb out of this hole maybe things will be decent by October...
