Saturday morning bike rides are simply great! A ride starting in a very snowy, un-plowed Science Park making me wish I was on a Surly Pugsley. Once on the hard packed trails a few climbs took place as well as a trip to Capilano and across the river for a bit more climbing. The trails were not too busy at this time of day and I received very kind well wishes from a very friendly jogger who I'd say was in the "zone."
