Beer Friday. Sea Change, Do Something Lager

Happy Beer Friday on another Monday night installation as my football team try to right the ship on what has been a bit of a slow start to the season. Just like this set of days off and riding goes. Yes I tanked a little bit and all you have to blame is me. The week started off fine but that cold and rainy short ride on the weekend seemed to have done me in for some reason.

Oh yes, as for tomorrow... I already opened my big mouth about hanging out with family. Well damn it son...

This is a limited time release from Sea Change which has some Gord Downie ties and a fellow named Chanie Wenjack and some of the proceeds are going to the Downie Wenjack fund to help create some sort of reconciliation with us shitty white people and the Canadian First Nations people. Sea Change did a take on the classic Munich Helles style brew.

It poured a lightly golden colour with the most perfect of heads. I mean guys this head just screamed perfection. It did dissipate but the lacing hung out long enough to show us its seductive ways. It tastes of a fine German beer with a bread malt coming through with a hint or one can say a tinge of sweetness.

If you can find this one get it. A great beer that supports an even better cause.

This beer gets 3.5 suds out of 5.
