A ride cut short when an alert on my phone said I was not with my wallet and that it was at the parking spot at Old Timers where I started. I knew 99 percent is was most likely in the vehicle but there was a bit of skepticism all thanks to my history. I tend to lose things all the time which is why Lonebiker Jr got me a tracker that I keep in my wallet.
I knew the ride was over when I turned around. I was not feeling a hundred percent anyways but the ride until the alert on my phone was spotted was pretty good. Old Timer and Gnome trail were incredible in the foggy wet looking sky that had things dry and epic for rolling around on a mountain bike.
A homeless encampment right in the middle of fucking singletrack had me quite upset and I almost started yelling which would have been quite dumb. The trash in the area was very sad to see and I turned around quite bitter and pissed off at what I saw, I am not sure of the name of the trail but it is in the old brewery area by Kinseman.
This homeless situation is getting a lot worse each month.
