A return to the river valley on the third anniversary of my Fathers death and it was indeed a sufferfest. After weeks of working and absolute zero physical activity I climbed aboard the White-Winter-Wonder- bike and rode on through some of the easier trails I could find....
I hope this is the start of the regular riding regime...
