While some people may have "bonked" today of a different variety I bonked quite quickly on today's ride. Bike ride that is. From Mill Creek to the pedestrian bridge and I was done. My poor feeble legs had nothing else to give and I limped home.
A note of caution to those who may want to head out this weekend. The ice is rampant! With all this dumb warm weather it has created quite the hazardous conditions. Bring your studded tires, and if you don't. Tread lightly my friends...
