Finally getting out after and during a very shit week of night recovery. Yes, I really am starting to hate my job and that is not a good thing.
I had good intentions. That was to see how far I could make it to the quarry.
I knew I wouldn't go far and I made it to the top of the valley after riding through the dog park. Thanks to the wet snow and wet and shitty conditions there was nobody else out which was great and perhaps the only highlight.
Up top, I chose the incredible and epic Victoria Trail to ride back to the valley and avoid the dog park. Not sure why.. A change of pace of sorts?
