This is Getting Repetitive

\

Welp, after fixing the glaring grammatical error on yesterday's post it is time to write another Cameron Heights start post work bike ride featuring the gravel bike.

This is a classic June weather type month with lots of rain showers and storms after the occasional hot day followed by a day or two of rain. Today was cold gusty and rainy.

It was a roundabout via the Edmonton golf and country club ride, only I did it in reverse and rode into Terwillegar and crossed at Fort Edmonton and rode up that awful hill up into Oliskew and admired the insane houses in the area. It was a perpetual headwind just like Saturday but thankfully no rain.

There was nobody out riding or running and the few others all ironically on gravel bikes and we all had an instant connection to that and the fact we were out when the masses took shelter. It wasn't even that shitty out.

In the end the ride was not too shabby. Come on dry trails… pray to the bike gods.
