Riding. Mill Creek- Gretzky Bridge

After waking up and reading everybody on Facebook bitch and moan cause they got a slight skiff of snow last night, I held my comments "Then move! Don`t you realize you live in Canada!" to myself, and just posted them up here where I believe you guys are alot more sensible. That`s right faithful readers. I think your fantastic! (except for the guy who wears the red hoodie and just logs in Wednesday nights looking for "girlie" pictures, you can go away.)

If I could design a bike ride that involved literally everything, today would be what I would have planned.

Cool weather. Check
Very calm wind. Check
Pristine trail conditions. Check
Nobody in the valley. Check
That special smell of the forest after it rains. Check
Legs of lightning & thunder that would conquer the trails. Not quite a check
Hot girls in skimpy outfits handing out free energy gel packs on every trail. Guy can dream can he?

Today was one of those days I dream about on those cold dark winter days. It was a shame the ride had to end early due to a bank appointment. Would I want everyday to be like it was today? No. Don`t get me wrong, I do love my hot summer days. There is just something special about that valley when the weather is like this. Today`s ride was pretty much perfect.

where is everybody? too cold to swim, but great to be on the trails
